Will I Feel Hungry ?
This will vary from person to person. If you are new to juicing then it is likely and normal you may feel more hungry than you would on your usual diet. Get your mindset ready for this and your body will repay you by losing the weight you want. Our plans are packed full of nutrients and goodness so you will be getting plenty of nutrition in you.
Some people do get hungry during these plans BUT some people find it easy and don’t get hungry at all as their bodies are getting all the goodness it needs without the usual hard to process foods.
If the actual ‘chewing’ side of it is the worry why not try our Juice & Soup plans this way you will be juicing through the day but will have a nice hot evening soup to look forward to.

How will they be Sent
Our Juices and smoothies come in pre frozen foil packs ready to consume put in your freezer. These are shipped in a temperature controlled carton that is recyclable.
Can I exercise on a plan?
This will vary from person to person. We suggest sticking to very light exercises like walking, stretching or yoga if you feel you need to. We do not recommend heavy, strenuous exercises that will zap your energy levels. Let the plan do the exercise for you! Your body will be working hard during your plan, ridding toxins, shedding weight and trying to heal cells so we suggest using this time to rest and let the plan do the work for you.
Is this suitable to lose weight quickly for an event/holiday I have coming up?
